Overview
This project studies how postmortem MRI measures of subcortical and limbic structures relate to cortical thinning, neuropathology, and co-pathology across Alzheimer’s disease, Lewy body disease, and frontotemporal lobar degeneration.
The accompanying repository provides reproducible notebooks for the statistical analyses used to examine regional volumetric differences and cortico-subcortical associations.
