Overview
This project develops non-ionizing MRI-based methods for craniofacial imaging and quantitative anthropometry.
The work includes automated segmentation of bone-selective MRI for visualization and craniometry of the cranial vault, together with the construction of craniofacial soft-tissue anthropomorphic templates using unbiased diffeomorphic registration.
